A friend of mine passed this one along to me yesterday, just thought I would share it with everyone!
Italian Turkey Burgers
1 pound Jennie – O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Basil Leaves
1 teaspoon Hungarian Paprika
1 teaspoon Rubbed Sage
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
4 slices Sargento Ultra Thin Mozzarella Cheese
4 Aunt Millie’s Reduced Calorie Whole Grain Hamburger Buns
2 Roma Tomatoes, sliced
Lettuce and sliced Onion; optional
Prepare grill; heat until coals are ash white.
Meanwhile, combine ground turkey, basil, paprika, sage, garlic, salt and pepper in medium bowl. Shape into 4 patties.
Place patties on grill. Grill, turning once, until cooked through (12 to 15 minutes). Top each burger with 1 slice cheese; continue grilling until cheese is melted (1 minute).
