Blueberry Power Smoothie

This deliciously fresh smoothie is the perfect post training recovery smoothie! Packed with protein & probiotics to get your day started the right way.

Ingredients:bluebarry smoothie

  • Serving of vanilla protein (We use Nuzest)
  • Handful of blueberries
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Cinnamon (as desired)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup rice or almond milk
  • Scoop of natural Greek yoghurt

Method:

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
  • Top with a little extra cinnamon & a small handful of natural muesli or crushed nuts.
