This deliciously fresh smoothie is the perfect post training recovery smoothie! Packed with protein & probiotics to get your day started the right way.
- Serving of vanilla protein (We use Nuzest)
- Handful of blueberries
- 4-5 mint leaves
- Cinnamon (as desired)
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup rice or almond milk
- Scoop of natural Greek yoghurt
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
- Top with a little extra cinnamon & a small handful of natural muesli or crushed nuts.
